We currently treat patients in the following US states: Connecticut, Colorado, Florida and Massachusetts. We’re working on expanding our virtual care to all 50 states soon, though!

No, Pore House allows patients to self-pay for their appointments without the hassle of dealing with complicated medical insurance, referrals, surprise co-pays or sky-high deductibles.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your treatment, experience or would like a refund for your visit, please contact and we would be happy to help you find a solution.
Be sure to have current photos of your skin concerns ready to share with your healthcare provider. You may also wish to share your health insurance information with us for prescription treatments to make things easier with your pharmacy.
Using your mobile device, take a selfie or ask someone to take photos of your area(s) of concern. Be sure to take photos in a well-lit room and ensure your camera lens is clean so the photos are not blurry. If your provider has issues viewing your photos, they may ask you to take them again.
Feel free to have an open conversation about the health of your skin with your provider. Our providers are expertly trained in the field of integrative dermatology which means they will work to uncover the root cause of your skin concerns and provide a treatment plan that could span a custom combination of prescription oral and topical medications, over the counter skincare products as well as recommendations to make changes to your lifestyle, diet, stress and sleep habits that affect your skin.
You will have access to message your Pore House provider for 14 days following the start of your visit.

All virtual visits are a flat $85 fee. No complicated medical insurance necessary. Messaging to your healthcare provider is available for a 14 day window before you will need to pay an additional visit fee.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Pore House does not accept insurance for virtual visits which allows our providers to spend more time with patients without worrying about hitting minimums. However, if you would like to use your insurance for prescriptions, we will collect that information during your visit and share with your preferred pharmacy for ease of use.
